RVP - Deal or no deal?

According to the current condition of Arsenal and Van Persie, it is very difficult to say will Robin stay at Emirates or leave. With big money clubs like Juventus, Real Madrid and Man City kept RVP in their radar, it will be tougher for Wenger to keep him at the club.

However, RVP declining that he will not join any other club and his heart lies at Arsenal. It is reported that RVP, AW and Ivan Gazidis are in talks today about whether he will stay or not. But it would take a huge amount of money to keep him at Emirates and why not, RVP's 30 goals in EPL should be rewarded with a high pay out. It is said that Arsenal's wage structure will be broken if he decides to stay.

At the moment it is very much looking like RVP will extend the contract for more years. But nothing is permanent until the deal is done. Remember what happened with Fabregas and Nasri last season!

A couple of clubs are showing interest in him including  EPL winners Mancity who are offering £250 tripling his current salary. Juventus, Madrid, Barcelona are all keeping eyes if Arsenal and RVP deal is unsuccessful. But there is 95% chances that he will stay.

But even though finishing in UCL spot, if he decides to leave then he would be more hated than Nasri who left Arsenal for money according to the fans. Though, his wife tweeting that the Captain will stay and his heart lies at Arsenal.

But at some point AW might think to sell him as he will be reaching 30 years mark soon. But it looks that he will stay here 100 percent. If by chance even though he leaves, I know AW will bring in better players. And rest leave on Wenger, he knows better what to do and how to manage.

You will be soon notified about whether he signed a new contract or declined, after the transaction are done. So, keep reading the posts.

  1. Why more hated than nasri? He's given his best, and has carried our team through the season. I doubt he'd leave more money, he's gonna go to where he thinks he can get trophies, since he's getting into the twilight of his career. If he thinks that's us, then well and good, but I'll not be hating him for leaving, just sad.

    1. may be i used a wrong word "hated", but surely many of them will be angry as earlier he promised that he will stay if we are selected in the CL. And now when we are secured of UCL, he should not deny.!!! But personally i wont hate him.

    2. Arsenal are the best team in the world, and people like Van Persie, Podolski and (hopefully) Eden Hazard make it even better
